Jacques Villeneuve linked to bid for 13th F1 team

According to a story in The Guardian, Jacques Villeneuve has joined up with Italian former GP2 competitor Durango Automotive in submitting a bid to compete in Formula 1 next year. He was previously linked with the Serbian Stefan GP organization, which attempted to enter the cars designed by the defunct Toyota F1 team but was unable to obtain entry into the series.

This is in competition with a second American F1 project, the Cypher Group, which according to some reports is possibly a continuation or rebirth of USF1, last season's failed Charlotte-based effort.
